I’m Jennifer Fitter, a nationally certified massage therapist with over twenty years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance. I received my training at The Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2002, and my work blends both Eastern and Western modalities — including Swedish, Therapeutic, Neuromuscular, Cupping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Craniosacral, and Reiki — guided by intuition and mindfulness.
Since 2013, I have been part of the Verano community, where I’ve created and maintained a peaceful, spa-like environment dedicated to relaxation and renewal. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships with residents, many of whom are passionate golfers and pickleball players. Helping them stay flexible, mobile, and pain-free so they can continue doing what they love is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
In addition to my private practice, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at two massage therapy schools, guiding future therapists as they discover their own unique path in this field. Teaching deepened my understanding of massage and reminded me that true healing comes not just from technique, but from presence, awareness, and genuine care.
Outside my practice, I’m also a visual artist. I’ve explored many mediums over the years, but pottery is my current creative focus. Like massage, working with clay is grounding and fluid — a conversation between hand, heart, and form. Both allow me to create spaces of calm and connection, where healing and creativity naturally meet.
